How much does a fence cost in Logan?

Do I need council approval for my fence?
Usually not for a standard residential fence under 2 metres. Fences over 2 metres, pool fencing, and fences near main roads, public land, bushland or heritage areas may need approval. If in doubt, check with Logan City Council.
How long does it take to install a new fence?
A standard residential fence typically takes 2 to 3 days, including removing the old one. Larger jobs, custom designs and difficult ground can take a little longer, and you get a clear timeline before we start.
Which fence is right for my property?

Can you build a fence on sloping or uneven ground?
Yes. We step the panels down the slope or rake the fence to follow it, and where the slope is steep we add a retaining wall to give the fence a level, stable base.
How do modular walls compare to fences?
They give you the look of a rendered brick wall, with privacy and noise reduction, at a lower cost and with a faster install than masonry. A good fit for busy roads and close neighbours.
